For all Streamline Bath products, the manufacturer does not guarantee the availability of:

• Replacement parts;
• Repair or maintenance services;
• Maintenance, diagnostic, or repair information.

Accordingly, consumers should note that none of these elements are guaranteed to be available either fully or partially following the sale of the product.

Purpose of Disclosure

This notice is provided to ensure compliance with section 54.4 of the Consumer Protection Act (Québec), which requires manufacturers and merchants to inform consumers, in an accessible and printable manner, whether or not they guarantee the availability of replacement parts, repair services, and necessary maintenance information.
